Funke - always one idea more!

Down-to-earth, but with entrepreneurial spirit! Conservative in values, but courageous, far-sighted and innovative - characteristics such as these have made a decisive contribution to the fact that a family business steeped in tradition has developed into a company that operates successfully throughout Europe. Originating from Sendenhorster Kunststoffröhrenwerke GmbH, founded in 1962, today's Funke Kunststoffe GmbH, based in Hamm, has developed into a well-known brand in the industry: Whoever says plastic pipes must also say Funke! Funke is constantly developing and establishing new, pioneering system solutions - for example, for the application areas of sewer and drainage pipe systems, property drainage, sewer connections, chamber systems, rainwater management, soil reinforcement and tree protection.

With more than 300 employees, the idea provider for plastic construction elements has conquered a leading position on the German and European market. There are already 20 sales representatives on the road in Germany. The technical consultants exchange ideas with their customers on site in order to analyze the specific requirements. In exchange with the Funke engineers in Hamm, practical and forward-looking solutions are developed from this.

With the generation change completed in 2020, Funke Kunststoffe remained true to its corporate philosophy. More responsibility was given to the next generation. This created the prerequisite for the future-oriented expansion of all company divisions. In the meantime, these have been expanded to include the Funke Industrie division; in addition, the product range has been supplemented with the application areas of manhole backdrops and rodent control.
