Compact solution for pipe trenches

Flexible and easy-to-implement solutions for the re-integration of main sewer connections are in demand, especially for sewer rehabilitation measures in which the main sewer is dimensioned. The HS-VARIO Junction DN/OD 160 - 200 was designed for situations like these. It can be used when laying HS^®-Underground Drainage Pipes in nominal diameters from DN/OD 315 to 800 and enables lateral connections of 90 degrees. In addition, connections with almost the same base and a small height offset (30-80 mm depending on the nominal diameter of the main pipe) can be realized.

Depending on the nominal diameter, sewer connection pipes can be integrated at practically any height. The required connection is welded to the HS^®-Underground Drainage Pipes in the corresponding nominal diameter in the factory according to the customer's specifications and is manufactured without sockets. With a nominal diameter of the sewer main of DN/OD 315, the sewer connection pipe is connected to the junction with a double socket. A VPC^®-Pipe Coupling is used in the nominal diameter range from DN/OD 400 to 800.
